Upon payment, Minicabsbytext will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details.
Whether or not you receive the confirmatory e-mail, Minicabsbytext acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between Us.

All Prices for our services are in pounds (£) sterling. Prices may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

Your right to cancel
You may cancel your order at any stage up to seven working days after paying for listing by notifying us in writing at the following address:

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our service and wish cancel our agreement you may be entitled to a refund. This will only apply if you inform us before the payment period has ended. the customer will receive a refund for any remaining full weeks/months in the period. No portion of any setup fees will be refunded. All requests for cancellations of service must be in writing. The Customer may send a cancellation request by fax to 08456 44 29 45
Directory Refund
Directory refunds cannot be granted if you fail to inform us before print. This has to be done in writing or Fax at least one week before publication goes to print. Failing to do so will void your claim for a full or part refund
Other forms of payment
If you do not wish to pay online, please complete the online order form. The following methods of payment are accepted:-
Cheque/Postal Order - Pay "Think Big Group Ltd" You will be placed on our database once the cheque has cleared. This may take up to 5 working days.
Direct Bank Deposit - You will be placed on our database once the funds are cleared in the "Think Big Group Ltd" account. This can be arranged at any branch of
HSBC Bank.
Bank Transfer - Most UK banks will carry out bank transfers and this can usually be arranged over the telephone. You will be placed on our database once the
funds are cleared in the "Think Big Group Ltd" account.
