The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was raped after luxury minicab driver Imran Farooque, 32, followed her into her north London flat to collect her £20 share of the cab fare, a court heard.
By her own admission the woman, in her early thirties, said she was very drunk after downing Japanese wine Sake with a meal and then two or three bottles of vodka with pals, given to them free by the exclusive London club they visited that night.
She also admitted rubbing amphetamine on her gums during the night out which ended at celebrity haunt Bouji's where she and friend got the minicab, Snaresbrook Crown Court heard.
In a shaky voice she told the court how she felt "paralysed" as "slobbery dog" Farooque raped her.
She said: "I remember his hands being on me, and I remember him smacking my bottom and him saying something like 'you have a lovely bottom'. I remember just feeling paralysed and remember then being on the floor.
"His hands were on my face, I think, but it wasn't forceful. I remember saying to him at one point that my boyfriend was coming back and that he should get out. I didn't have a boyfriend at the time.
"Then I recall being on the floor, my legs open. I just remember feeling disgusting and disgusted. Really disgusting, it was like a slobbery dog. It made me feel really really disgusting.
"The defendant was on top of me. The dress I was wearing was around my hips."
After allegedly carrying out the rape Farooque left the flat to return later the same day when he was arrested by police.
As the gave evidence the star's sister admitted that during the evening she had drunk a large amount of alcohol and even her friends had told her to "slow down".
She said: "Sadly I was someone who drank beyond my limit and wouldn't necessarily stop when I should. I didn't do it often but this particular evening was a goodbye party for my brother. I had drunk much, much more than usual.
"At Bouji's I had handed my bag into the cloakroom but had taken £20 to pay for drinks, which I put in my bra, and my cigarettes. It was a busy club, and again we were given one or two bottles of vodka free. I know I drank a lot and remember someone telling me to slow down on my drinking."
She added: "A friend gave me some white powder and told me to rub it into my gums and I did. I have no idea what it was or might have been because I only did it once."
At the end of the evening a pal ushered her into Farooque's cab and she was "violently sick" twice on the journey home, but described the defendant as "helpful" by offering her tissues and rubbing her back.
She said: "It was decided by my friend that he would be dropped off first and I remember feeling upset about this as I wasn't really part of the discussion.
"I was upset because I knew I had had too much to drink and I wanted to go home.
"Initially I felt fine but then I remember suddenly feeling sick so the car pulled over and we all got out and the minicab driver gave me some red tissues to help me clean myself up as I had been violently sick.
"I remember I was sick twice and I remember at some point the cab driver helping me and rubbing my back."
When they reached her maisonette she was unable to find the £20 to pay her share of the cab and Farooque then followed her into the flat.
She added: "I remember thinking that I might have money inside the house and I knew I had to pay him. I remember him helping me into the house. He had his hand on my back and was guiding me. I had been really sick and I remember I was all over the place. I was just drunk and couldn't walk and I knew I had to pay him and I couldn't find my money.
"He sort of said to me something like he needed to be paid and he needed £20 and then at the same time he was saying 'It's Ok, it's OK, I'll help you inside the house'. He was being really helpful."
But once inside her flat Farooque refused to leave. She added: "I put my bag on the table and was looking for money but I couldn't find it. Then I remember taking my shoes off and going downstairs to bed. I thought he was leaving.
"I had all my clothes on when I got under the duvet. Then I remember him coming downstairs to my bedroom door and standing there. I was feeling very tired, sick and very drunk, and I just wanted to go to bed.
"I don't remember exactly when but I remember him saying that I could pay him through the club or I think I remember him saying he was going to leave his number upstairs so I could call him to pay him.
"I recall being in bed and I recall being scared, realising there was someone in the house who I didn't know. I went upstairs and something along the lines of 'Get the fuck out of my house, what the fuck are you doing in my house'."
It was then that she was raped.
Farooque, of Kent Close, Mitcham, Surrey, denies one count of rape on July 30 last year. The trial continues.
